Ingredients
- 1 bunch green onions
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon red pepper chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon black vinegar
- 2-3 tablespoons neutral oil (vegatable oil)
- Optional
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- Sugar to taste, if you like the sweeter side
- Substitues
- Can replace black vinegar with balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar or any wine vinegar, or even lemon juice with honey
- Can replace oyster sauce with Hoisin sauce
Note: Only use the rear ends of the green onions for this sauce
Process
- Chop green onions (bottom half only) and put everything together in a mixing bowl
- Pour hot oil in the mixture and let it sizzle
- Give the mixture a stir and serve your dumpling with the sauce on it
Note: Can also use this sauce on ramen
