🌶️ Restaurant-Style Salsa
A flavorful and tangy salsa perfect for pairing with chips or as a topping for your favorite Mexican dishes.
Ingredients
- 50 Roma tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 serrano pepper
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 2 bunches cilantro
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
- Peel the garlic cloves.

Remove stems and seeds from the serrano and jalapeño peppers (adjust the number of peppers based on desired spice level).

Blend the Salsa:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the Roma tomatoes, garlic cloves, serrano and jalapeño peppers, cilantro, green onions, and diced yellow onion.
- Blend until the mixture reaches your desired consistency—smooth or slightly chunky.

Add salt to taste and blend again to combine.

Serve:
- Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, grilled meats, or other Mexican dishes.
Storage
- Store any leftover salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Best consumed within 5–7 days.
- Stir before serving, especially if it has been refrigerated for a few days.
Notes
- For a milder salsa, reduce the number of peppers or remove the seeds before blending.
- Adjust the amount of cilantro and onion to taste for a more personalized flavor.
