🥗 Greek Feta Salad

A refreshing and vibrant salad featuring crisp vegetables, briny olives, and creamy feta cheese, dressed with a zesty vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • Heirloom tomatoes, chopped
  • English cucumber, chopped
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives
  • Greek feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh dill, chopped

  • Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the chopped heirloom tomatoes, English cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.

  2. Add Olives and Feta: Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled Greek feta cheese to the bowl.

  3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, dry oregano, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

  4. Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.

  5. Garnish: Sprinkle the chopped fresh dill over the top of the salad.
