  • Heat oil
  • Add nihari masala (30 seconds)
  • Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Meat
  • Water 1-ltr
  • Salt
  • 40 mins. High pressure-High Temperature
  • Separate oil
  • 100gm Maida or all purpose flour in 200ml cold water - make sure mix in high temp
  • Heat ON
  • Green chilli, Ginger
