- Add nihari masala (30 seconds)
- Ginger-Garlic paste
- Meat
- Water 1-ltr
- Salt
- 40 mins. High pressure-High Temperature
- Separate oil
- 100gm Maida or all purpose flour in 200ml cold water - make sure mix in high temp
- Heat ON
- Green chilli, Ginger
