Makes 10-12 two-inch frozen team bombs

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lemons, cleaned and sliced into chunks
  • 1.5 tablespoon fresh ginger (55g)
  • 1.5 tablespoon fresh turmeric (55g)
  • 3 stalks of lemongrass (60g)
  • 1.5 cups of water or as needed

Process

  • Blend the ingredients
  • Pour into ice molds and freeze for atleast 3 hours
  • Pour in boiling water, stir and serve
