Ingredients
- 1 large red Onion, sliced (reduces mucus and inflammation while boosting immune system)
- 1 large bulb Garlic cloves (strengthens immunity and combats bacteria and viruses)
- 20g Rosemary 3-4 stalks (relieves respiratory discomfort and has anti-inflammatory benefits)
- 2-3 sticks Cinnamon (warms the body, improves circulation, has antimicrobial properties)
- 24 oz Honey (soothes the throat, suppresses cough, fights infections with antimicrobial properties)
Process
- Put it in a jar and fill with honey
- Store at room temperature (out of sunlight), and let it infuse for up to 4 days, stirring occasionally
- Strain and store in fridge for up to 2 months
