Ingredients

  • 1 large red Onion, sliced (reduces mucus and inflammation while boosting immune system)
  • 1 large bulb Garlic cloves (strengthens immunity and combats bacteria and viruses)
  • 20g Rosemary 3-4 stalks (relieves respiratory discomfort and has anti-inflammatory benefits)
  • 2-3 sticks Cinnamon (warms the body, improves circulation, has antimicrobial properties)
  • 24 oz Honey (soothes the throat, suppresses cough, fights infections with antimicrobial properties)

Process

  • Put it in a jar and fill with honey
  • Store at room temperature (out of sunlight), and let it infuse for up to 4 days, stirring occasionally
  • Strain and store in fridge for up to 2 months
