Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs green tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 3 Jalapeneos
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 teaspoon fresh oregano
- Cumin, Salt and Black pepper to taste
- Substitues
- Can oregano flakes if fresh not available
Process
- Add olive oil to tomatoes and broil them in the oven
- Blend everything together and enjoy as side to your favorite foods
