Chutney & Dips

Green Chutney

Coriander, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Jeera, Lime, salt to taste
Add oil acting as preservative
Add mint leaves if you have.
Peanuts can also be added to bind the chutney together.
Mix Curd when done. Control on the amount of Ginger.

Guacamole

3 medium avocados or 4 small ones
1 firm tomato, finely diced
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
Optional salt and pepper to taste
